Rebecca is an Adelaide based producer with over seven years experience working in production, across film, series and TVCs, including The Water Diviner, Hotel Mumbai and the ABC/Netflix geo-political thriller Pine Gap. Since 2014, Rebecca has been an associate producer at Hedone Productions alongside producers Kate Croser and Sandy Cameron, working in development and production.
In 2017, two of her documentary proposals were selected for production by ABC Arts’ Art Bites initiative. UNBOXED, a portrait series profiling Australian gender diverse artists produced with Epic Films’ Kirsty Stark, and LESSONS FROM A MIDDLE CLASS ARTIST, the comedy about struggling musician travelling to America to learn from a novelty song performer, were released on ABC iView in April 2018. LESSONS is Elliott’s third time working with Anthony Frith; their comedy short, THE WORST ALIEN IN THE WORLD, was funded through the Raw Nerve initiative, received seven South Australian Screen Award nominations, and premiered at the 2016 Revelations Film Festival. Their web series pilot, THE CONFIDENCE MEN, premiered at the 2017 Adelaide Film Festival.
