ADELAIDE FILM FESTIVAL - JOB OPPORTUNITY!

Our friends at the Adelaide Film Festival are looking for someone to join their amazing team as a Trainee Clerical Officer (Office Administration) to provide general administrative support to the Adelaide Film Festival team, incorporating other events as applicable. The role will incorporate a wide range of duties, including general clerical tasks such as printing, photocopying, mailing and filing relevant documents, providing a first point of contact for enquiries, IT support, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining databases, and undertaking research.
The Trainee Clerical Officer (Office Administration) will work towards completing a Certificate III in Business Administration (or similar), with on the job training and one on one mentoring and support being provided, and paid study time. The position will be supervised by the Finance and Governance Manager but will work to assist all AFF staff members, particularly the leadership team, including the CEO/Creative Director.
The successful candidate will have great organisational and interpersonal skills, a can-do, positive attitude, an ability to learn quickly, use initiative, and work both independently and collaboratively.

Special Conditions:
This is a full-time, fixed term contract to December 2020, with possibility for extension. Some out of hours’ business work may be required. Flexibility in respect of working hours, especially during the Festival period and in the lead up to it.
