Amanda Krentzman serves as the Head of International Originals at Snap, where she oversees the company’s original series outside of the United States and also works on unscripted and scripted original series globally. Krentzman came to Snap by way of Netflix, where she was one of the first executives developing and producing international original series in key markets such as Mexico, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Turkey, Italy and Australia. Prior to Netflix, she worked closely with Ben Silverman at Electus where they developed the international formats such as ‘Jane the Virgin’ for the U.S.

Alasdair heads up business development and external relationships for the Flame group.
Drawing on his previous life as a journalist and producer Alasdair has the first-hand experience to help producers accomplish their production goals at all stages from concept to broadcast.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key players such as networks, government bodies, and brands, Alasdair is able to help productions piece together funding from a variety of sources and potentially unexplored possibilities.
Alasdair also manages Flame’s stock footage business as well as the Flame Coproduction Alliance, a network of likeminded producers combining strengths and resources to create international content for the Flame Distribution catalogue.
Working with the Distribution team, Alasdair is actively involved with the creation of new concepts and programme ideas, including the writing of treatments, finance plans, and collecting sales forecasts.
Alasdair also regularly attends broadcast conferences to track new markets and emerging trends, to bring new clients and opportunities to Flame’s ever-growing offering.
TV Format Lab
Sancia has worked on some of Australia’s most successful television and radio shows, as a casting producer, and also as a performer.
As a television talent producer her work includes ‘Spicks and Specks’, ‘First Contact II”, “Luke Warm Sex’, ‘Everyone’s a Critic’, “Santo, Sam and Ed’s Cup Fever’, ‘Adam Hillis in Gordon St’ Thank God You’re Here’ and the under-rated AD/BC.
She trained at NIDA and has performed lead roles for STC, MTC, Malthouse, Belvoir along with numerous guest roles on television, including the upcoming ‘Fires’ for ABC.
Her work has toured work internationally, most notably with her one-woman show with STC “What is the Matter with Mary Jane?” ‘Five stars out of five- kill to get a ticket’ The Scotsman.
She is also a published author for Random House and Currency Press and teaches acting for NIDA, NIDA Open, 16th St & the National Theatre (Melb).
