Marion Pilowsky has worked in Pay TV in programme planning, acquisitions and production investment (Bravo/UK, Showtime/Australia), international distribution (Paramount/Universal), and was the MD of Myriad Pictures London, an international sales agent and financing co-producer. She has consulted in film financing, sales, development and production models. In 2004 Marion became an independent producer, her credits include Sleuth starring Jude Law and Michael Caine, and Being Julia starring Annette Bening and Jeremy Irons. In 2011 she wrote and directed her first short film The Ride, a short story adaptation and dark thriller for the BBC, starring Anthony LaPaglia and Ed Speleers. She directed a further five short films in London and Adelaide before she co-wrote, produced and directed her debut feature film, The Flip Side starring Eddie Izzard, for 20th Century Fox in 2018. Marion is based in South Australia where her company Corner Table Productions has a slate of original film and television projects in various stages of development.
